Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. No additional fees will be charged.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is returned in its original packaging
All accessories, tags, and documents are included
The product is unused and in original condition
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized products
Perishable goods or items with short expiry
Items unsealed for hygiene or health reasons
Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
Items mixed with other products after delivery
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photos or proof of the issue
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service
Return address will be provided after approval (Sialkot, Pakistan).
6. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit may be issued
If not marked as a gift, refund will be sent to the original buyer
